Timeless Enlightenment and Dark Matter

Image
In a strict sense, all phenomena are empty of inherent existence, even those that cannot be directly observed because of subtle causes and conditions. The controversy whether space is permanent or not is even debated as fine points of cosmology between Buddhist traditions. Dark matter is an aspect of space. If it has function, it is pure or clarity illusory as well as also being empty of inherent  existence. On the other hand, the contamination that brings rise to phenomena is simply the aggregation of confused and misaligned energies without producing a valid and stable function. I personally cannot accept dark matter as a theoretical fantasy, because it has a reactive existence by default. Unexplained energy is there where we cannot see it with today’s instruments... but tomorrow... ~ Domo Geshe Rinpoche ~~~ "In einem strengen Sinn sind alle Phänomene leer von inhärenter Existenz, selbst jene, die durch subtile Ursachen und Bedinungen nicht direkt beobachtet werden können. The Door to Summer and other Dharma

Image
The Buddhadharma counsels us to be less interested in stimulating of the senses and become more attracted to what is more important for eternal health. The problem is that our evolutionary relationship to the senses has already made our in ner being more complicated and is increasing experiencing innate craving for even more sensory information. If we persevere in sincere dharma practice we might eventually feel shocked and sorry, realizing that we have had a distorted relationship with the senses. However, we do need good balance; let’s not become like a dried old piece of shit on a stick by thinking that the senses are evil or we could become punishing with our over strict attitude! Let’s gain stability based in dharma.

The Unplowed Harvest Offering in the Mandala

Image
In the traditional tantric Buddhist mandala offering there is an offering of the "unplowed harvest". Research has determined that in ancient days this was corn, a wild crop. Imagine a perfect world without struggle for food, an abundance to be shared by all. That is part of the visualization of the mandala offering, ou r attempt to create a pure land generated by mind alone. - Domo Geshe Rinpoche ---"

Guru Qualifications

Image
Attaining the mandala of the deity requires the meditator to literally acquire the perceptions of deity as well as remember the energetic location of the realm of that particular enlightened being. In our Tibetan Buddhist old tradition, it is said that one of the signs of an authentic guru is one who is able to draw the diagrams of many deity mandalas. That is not really followed these days, however, to have the knowledge of the energetic addresses and/or to actually know how to go to the realm of a deity would be extremely valuable for one who guides living beings to the alignment stage of the enlightened state. If you do not know where the enlightened realm is located, then you would have no possibility of ever guiding anyone to that, once they were prepared. Therefore, this particular point of the traditional description of authentic guru makes perfect sense. However, to be able to draw out the diagram in a two-dimensional form is nothing by comparison to having actual contact and a...

Mandala Matrix Project

Image
Will be heading to New Mexico in a couple of hours. Going to the Acoma reservation to continue my pilot study of the diagnosis of perceptual disorders I call the mandala matrix project. I and the medical people working on this have so far seen hundreds of people with fibromyalgia, autism, early onset dementia and more. This is extremely important to quantify findings for future understandings. I hope that someday a machine can be built that can measure and diagnose perceptual disorders more accurately in reliance to the information I am gathering. I also will be meeting the Acoma elders and medicine man in my personal inquiry of expressions of spirituality. I will be off the internet grid and will reconnect soon.
