Courage is not the antidote to fear and will result in aggression rather than a desired quality of alert endurance. A therapy of experiencing deliberate comfort and simplifying is needed. If we seek comfort without simplifying, stress increases by the need to protect our position and possessions. If we seek simplifying ... without comfort, it will increase fear.
