Death, Altruism and other Buddhist musings....

When we are young, the deaths of others rarely are noticed. However, as we grow older, the deaths of people that we know personally or those who were like eternal gods of music and art during our youth becomes a common occurrence. Of course, the passing of those to whom we had an intimate connection will require more healing and time to adjust to their loss in our lives. In any case, we must be brave in the face of finally understanding how life comes and goes. ~ Domo Geshe Rinpoche ~
