Gentling our nature can be done mechanically by trying harder to be nice to others. However, it will come organically and effortlessly by a radical discovery during meditation of the deep root of the Golden Rule. ~Domo Geshe Rinpoche ~~
~~~~~
Wir können unsere Natur auf mechanische Weise sanfter machen, indem wir uns mehr Mühe geben, netter zu anderen zu sein. Dasselbe wird jedoch während der Meditation durch die radikale Entdeckung der tiefliegenden Wurzel der Goldenen Regel auf organische und mühelose Weise geschehen." - Domo Geshe Rinpoche --- ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Bondadosamente nuestra naturaleza puede hacerse mecanicamente por tratar duramente de ser agradable a otros. Sin embargo, viene organicamente y sin esfuerzo por un descubrimiento radical durante la meditacion de la profunda raiz de la Regla de Oro DGR
There are spiritual people who repeatedly make effort in practice and daily meditation and then just let go because they can’t try anymore; they become spiritually tired. A spiritual seeker might slump out of disappointment, then think, ‘Oh
 this is the high state of mind called Rigpa. This is real Dzogchen practice. Now I’m not going to try anymore; whatever comes, comes.’ When really, it’s just a spiritual lazy giving up.
Student: Is there a valid position in the Dzogchen?
Rinpoche: Oh, very nice. I like it very much. Yes. Once I carefully examined it, I knew what the Nyingmapa teaching was pointing toward, and yes.
Student: Because I remember a different answer when I asked you several years back.
Rinpoche: I just did not know what Nyingma tradition was talking about as my training was in the Gelug tradition. Then I read, listened carefully inside, and understood what they meant. Oh yes. Yes, I am familiar with that state of mind.
Student: Did Buddha teach Dzogchen?
Rinpoche: I do not think so.
Student: It was pre-Buddha? It was before Buddha?
Rinpoche: I think so. ~ Domo Geshe Rinpoche ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
„Es gibt spirituelle Leute, die sich wiederholt in der Praxis und ihrer täglichen Meditation bemühen und dann einfach aufgeben, weil sie es nicht weiter versuchen können; sie werden spirituell müde. Ein spirituell Suchender könnte aus Enttäuschung zusammensacken und dann denken; ‚Oh, dies ist der hohe Geisteszustand, den man Rigpa nennt. Dies ist die wahre Dzogchen Praxis. Jetzt werde ich es nicht weiter versuchen, was immer passiert, passiert.‘ Aber in Wirklichkeit ist dies nur ein spirituell faules Aufgeben.
Schüler: Gibt es dazu im Dzogchen eine gültige Einstellung?
Rinpoche: Oh, sehr schön, das gefällt mir sehr. Ja. Nachdem ich sie sehr sorgfältig betrachtet habe, wusste ich, worauf die Nyingmapalehre anspielte, und ja.
Schüler: Denn ich erinnere mich an eine andere Antwort, als ich dich vor einigen Jahren danach fragte.
Rinpoche: Ich wusste einfach nicht, von was die Nyingma Tradition sprach, da mein Training in der Geluk Tradition stattfand. Dann las ich darüber, lauschte sorgfältig nach innen und verstand, was sie meinen. Oh ja. Ja, ich kenne diesen Geisteszustand.
Schüler: Hat der Buddha Dzogchen gelehrt?
Rinpoche: Ich glaube nicht.
Schüler: Es war prä-Buddha, vor dem Buddha?
Rinpoche: Ich glaube schon.“ – Domo Geshe Rinpoche ---
principles, this unique program is open
 to and appropriate for hospice professionals, volunteers, and others—regardless of their personal spiritual orientation. Taught by Domo Geshe Rinpoche these programs are facilitated throughout the United States and Germany.
“Das Grand Transitions Institute präsentiert ein Trainingsprogramm für ein bewusstes Lebensende, das auf Mitgefühl und Fürsorge für andere basiert.
Obwohl Schlüsselelemente dieser Originalunterweisungen auf uralten buddhistischen Prinzipien
 basieren, ist dieses einzigartige Programm für Hospizangestellte, freiwillige Mitarbeiter und andere geeignet – egal wie ihre persönliche spirituelle Orientierung aussieht. Ursprünglich gehalten von Domo Geshe Rinpoche wird dieses Programm in den USA und Deutschland angeleitet. Höhepunkte des ersten Levels sind: - Was ist das Lebensende, und was ist es nicht (Ansichten, Einstellungen und Verhaltensweisen)
- Die Dynamik bei verschiedenen Arten der Beziehung zwischen Betreuenden und Betreuten
– Die Grundlagen zur Erzeugung eines unterstützenden Umfelds für den Patienten
- Wie versteht und behandelt man die komplexen Gefühle, die am Ende des Lebens aufsteigen können
- Subtile Einflüsse, die einen große Auswirkung auf das spirituelle Bewusstsein haben
- Der Schaden, den die Ungeduld des Betreuers anrichtet
- Wie man energetisch ruhig wird“ DGR
This is a 10 minute guided meditation on generating loving kindness. Do take time to listen.
All phenomena are without foundation....they exclusively rely on dependent origination for appearances. That means... people, objects, thoughts, natural environment as well as other realms, planets etc are created by other forces and proces
ses. That is what makes them empty... they are devoid of the signs of reality. ~ Domo Geshe Rinpoche ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
"Alle Phänomene sind ohne Grundlage... sie bedürfen ausschließlich der abhängigen Entstehung, um erscheinen zu können. Dies bedeutet... Menschen, Dinge, Gedanken, das natürliche Umfeld sowie andere Bereiche, Planeten usw. werden alle durch Kräfte und Prozesse geschaffen. Dadurch sind sie leer... sie sind leer aller Zeichen der Realität." - Domo Geshe Rinpoche ---
It is not so skillful to try to manipulate God or higher being to give us stuff by using unctuous praise! ~Domo Geshe Rinpoche ~~~~~~~~~~~~
"Es ist nicht sehr kunstfertig wenn man versucht, Gott oder ein höheres Wesen mit salbungsvollen Lobreden zu manipulieren, um Dinge zu bekommen!" - Domo Geshe Rinpoche ---
Out weeding the garden this morning... the poor vegies not have a chance clogged around with weeds that are robbing its nutrition. Like that, our good qualities have a hard time to mature when our delusions, poor habits and compulsions rob them of space and energy to grow to fruition.
