Absolutely Nothing is Never or Always...

Absolutely nothing is never or always...... let's get rid of these two damaging words. They are the culprits responsible for blaming and shaming as well as inflicting harm with unrealistic expectations. ~Domo Geshe Rinpoche ~~~

The awakening blessing is not like the gentle cascade of illuminating wisdom described in our meditation practice to be poured into our everyday mind that can be used for our spiritual growth. Of course, we want and need free time to meditate.
