Teaching Western Buddhists

Image
In our Tibetan system of Buddhism, first the student demonstrates enthusiasm and then we teach them. However, in the West, we teach, and teach, and teach, and hope that people will gain enthusiasm. I don’t know which is right and which is wrong. What do you think? In Tibet, it was unthinkable to train or give deep teachings to those with only a mild interest and very limited time to practice. Was meint ihr? - Domo Geshe Rinpoche ---

The solidification of our spirit must be reversed! ~ Domo Geshe Rinpoche ~~~ We train ourselves in meditation to visualize the Buddhas and deities as translucent, not solid. This is the sambhogakaya realm DGR~~~~~ "Wir üben uns in Meditation, um die Buddhas und Gottheiten als durchscheinend und nicht als fest zu visualisieren. Dies ist der Sambhogkayabereich." DGR How do Buddhas think? How is that possible if they are omniscient? Perfect evening to harvest concord grapes... tomorrow we will can the juice and save some for jelly.
