A New View of Buddhism: Transcendent Psychology

Transcendent psychology: I feel this term is most representative of the way I approach teaching about awakening within and never contradicting the Buddhist path. It includes sharing new attitudes that we will need to have in order to flourish in the bodhisattva community of saints in the future as well as reminding us to discard what is no longer needed. I feel that what is being offered is an inner based view of the evolutionary process, rather than seeing the improvement of the human condition as a major goal. This is dharma. ~ Domo Geshe Rinpoche ~~~

- Domo Geshe Rinpoche

The dharma has specific goals
The closure of the lower realms would eventually include the human realm with no suffering beings needing to be reborn in this perceptual place.
If quantum effects demonstrate that everything is made from energy and of uncertain location, it doesn't prove Buddhist emptiness, even though that is quite popular. In my opinion, it only shows that the whole is greater than the sum of its parts, since objects do manifest to a perceiver.
In understanding deluded consciousness, Buddhism has traditional analyzes to disprove the whole as an illusion while the parts are real to demonstrate the non validity of the self. This would induce the understanding that the whole is no more than the sum of the parts and the self does not exist. Sorry, logic dictates that a lump of parts are nothing until they are assembled into a whole which has a function. ~ Domo Geshe Rinpoche ~~~

- Domo Geshe Rinpoche ---
