Teacher, Does Stress Morph You into a Bug Eyed Monster?
We need to spring back to a stable identity, with a stable inner referent that makes us feel comfortable and safe. By simply enjoying them self, they feel more genuine and comfortable inside and out. However, then they need to return to teaching school in the fall.
